Nancy Hizaka-Vilardo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, membership services, and education within the private equity sector. Since March 2022, Nancy has served as the Director of Operations & Member Services at RESCON. Prior to this role, Nancy held significant positions at the Institutional Limited Partners Association, including Director of Membership from August 2018 to December 2021, where membership growth and engagement strategies were managed, and Director of Education from 2007 to 2018, focusing on executive education platforms. Earlier in Nancy's career, roles included Account Executive at Thomson Reuters, managing a diverse client base, and Manager of Marketing and Product Development at Macdonald & Associates, where marketing strategies were developed. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Psychology from the University of Toronto and University of St. Michael's College.
