Shalini Bajpai is a seasoned human resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Rescue Mission Alliance in Syracuse, NY since April 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Fun Multiplex Pvt Limited, where Shalini was Manager of Human Capital & Training from July 2013 to April 2015 and Deputy Manager from October 2006 to July 2013. Additionally, Shalini worked as a Recruiter Executive at Adobe Consultants from August 2005 to September 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from Lucknow University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Science from the same institution, and completion of secondary education at HAL School in 1998.
