Shannon Lynch

Shannon Lynch, LMSW, is a seasoned professional in the mental health field, currently serving as a Senior Mental Health Program Specialist II at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality of Care Facility Review Specialist at the New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs and Health Home Care Management Supervisor/Project Coordinator at St. Catherine's Center for Children. Additionally, Shannon has worked as an In Home Behavioral Specialist at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services and Health Care Integrator at Parsons Child and Family Center. Shannon's career began at St. Catherine's Center for Children in various capacities, including Assistant Supervisor of Special Contracts and Community Based Services Caseworker. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Nazareth University. Shannon also holds a Regents Diploma from South Colonie High School.
