Todd Heilman is the Director of Operations - Americas at Research Metrics, with previous experience as a Project Management Consultant at MI-GSO | PCUBED, Operations Project Manager at BDI, and Project Operations Specialist at MaritzCX. With a background in Marketing from Tiffin University, Todd has worked on various projects in the automotive and aviation industries, demonstrating expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and client consultations.
Research Metrics
Research Metrics was founded in 2004 to develop mystery shopping software. Through the years we have expanded our suite of products to move beyond mystery shopping into customer satisfaction, marketing research, internal auditing, and other data collection methods. Our core product is our Shopmetrics mystery shopping platform, however have brought many other products to market in recent years as we have matured in the industry. Our software is used throughout the world, with offices in both the US and Europe.
