Karen Posner has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, operations, and project support. Karen currently holds the position of Sr. VP Finance, Proposals and Project Support, International Development Group at RTI International, where they have been working since December 2019. Prior to this role, they served as VP Finance and Operations for both the International Development Group and the Global Health Group at RTI International. Before joining RTI International, Karen worked at Misys Healthcare Systems as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from June 2005 to August 2007. Karen also has experience as Director of Shared Services at Qualex from June 1996 to June 2005, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Fujitsu from March 1994 to April 1996, and Sr. Financial Analyst at Xerox from January 1990 to March 1994.
Karen Posner obtained their BBA degree in Business from William & Mary. Following this, they pursued an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, specializing in Business/Leadership.
