Lalonna Griffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and workplace strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Workplace Strategy and Planning at RTI International, Lalonna spearheaded the establishment of the Workplace Strategy & Planning team, aligning workplace initiatives with business objectives. Previous roles include Design Manager at Alfred Williams & Company, where Lalonna led a team of interior designers, and Corporate Real Estate Project Manager in a consulting capacity, managing capital improvement projects for a financial institution. Additional experience encompasses positions at Cree, JLL, Lenovo, Storr Office Environments, and Wake County Public Schools, focusing on space planning, project management, and facility planning.
