Susan Hefter

Susan Hefter has a diverse background in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as an Account Specialist at Reserve Advisors, LLC since February 2014. In this role, Susan leads event meetings, manages registrations, and prepares materials for various events while providing professional customer service to clients. Previous experience includes volunteering at the Cedarburg Cultural Center and working in administrative roles at von Briesen & Roper, s.c., and HGA Architects & Engineers, where Susan focused on policy improvement and document management. Susan began their career as a Sales Associate at The Gem Shop Incorporated, providing quality customer service and managing operations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Education with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
