Lepani Uluinaviti has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Manager Financial System Development at the Reserve Bank of Fiji since June 2006, with prior roles including Manager FIS1 and Senior Examiner. In these roles, Lepani manages a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, conducting risk-based supervision to ensure their viability and compliance. Previous experience includes positions at FIRCA as a Tax Assessor and Examiner, further strengthening expertise in financial oversight. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Fintech and Regulatory Innovations from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of the South Pacific, among other degrees in accounting and finance.
