Fred's career began at AM General LLC, where responsibilities ranged from advanced material planning to team leadership in materials, planning, production, and scheduling. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and an Associate of Science degree in Criminology from Mount Aloysius College.
