Benjamin Spence

Benjamin Spence is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Currently serving as a Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager at Resideo since September 2018, Benjamin leads teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive organizational growth. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked at Target from January 2012 to August 2018, where positions included Sr Sourcing Manager and Sr Category Sourcing Manager, with responsibilities spanning new product development and international supplier alignment in Hong Kong. Earlier experience at Rockwell Collins included roles such as Sr Project Manager and Sr Procurement Manager, focusing on LEAN process improvements and procurement for multiple manufacturing locations. Benjamin holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, both from Western Illinois University.
