Darlene Beta

Darlene Beta, Ph.D., serves as the Customer Experience VOC Leader at Resideo since October 2018, with prior roles including Digital Customer Analytics/VOC Leader and Digital Services Leader in Digital Engineering. Darlene's extensive experience at Honeywell spanned from August 2002 to October 2018, featuring positions such as Web Experience Leader for Honeywell Connected Home, Global Web Platform Product Owner for ACS ePresence, and Business Partner for the Global Web Center of Excellence. Darlene holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, along with a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University. Educational background also includes attendance at Sacred Heart Academy and The Waldorf School of Garden City.
