Previously, Dan was a Principal Engineer and Software Architect at Palo Alto Networks from July 2016 to May 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at VERISIGN as a Principal Engineer and Sr. Software Developer from October 2006 to July 2016, along with a tenure at Cisco Systems, Inc. as a Technical Leader and Sr. Software Engineer from 1999 to October 2006. Dan began a career in technology as the Technical Director at Mystech Associates, Inc. / Sterling Software, Inc. from July 1987 to September 1999. Dan holds a BS with honors in Computer Science from William & Mary, earned from 1983 to 1987.
