Gavin Reed is the EVP of Underwriting for the Western Region at Resilience. Gavin has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Gavin started their career at Marsh in 2002 as a Broker Technician for International Property. In 2004, they moved to CBC UK Ltd. where they worked as a Senior Broker for Financial Lines. In 2009, they joined Theircox as a Development Underwriter for their Professions division. Gavin spent two years there before moving to CNA Insurance in 2011, where they spent 10 years as an Assistant Vice President.
