Salli Schwartz

Salli Schwartz was appointed Resmed’s Chief Investor Relations Officer in April 2025, responsible for leading the global investor relations function.

Salli brings more than two decades of experience in a range of finance roles at health tech and financial services organizations. Most recently, she served as Head of Investor Relations at Illumina, Inc., where she led the company’s engagement with the investment community.

Prior to Illumina, Salli served as Head of Investor Relations and Treasurer at MSCI, Inc. She also spent over a decade at Moody’s Corporation, holding senior roles such as Global Head of Strategic Capital Management and Treasurer, and Global Head of Investor Relations and Communications, and formed part of the Corporate Development team.

Salli began her career in investment banking and merchant banking at Legg Mason, and also held corporate strategy, treasury, and FP&A positions at Citigroup Inc. She previously served as Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the National Academy Foundation (NAF).

Salli holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, both with distinction.
