Steven D'Cruz

Steven d'Cruz possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as the Global Head of Product Delivery, Supply Chain Engineering at ResMed since September 2008. Steven has held various leadership roles at ResMed, including Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing the Advanced Manufacturing Centre for ResMed Asia and driving continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. Prior experience includes positions at CathRx and CIBA Vision, focusing on production engineering and lean six sigma methodologies. Steven's career is underpinned by a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing & Engineering Management from RMIT University, complemented by a proven track record in technical leadership, process optimization, and compliance within highly regulated environments.
