Shawn Mullins, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Sales Lead in Technical Sales, National Codes and Product Alignment at Owens Corning since April 2014, and holds the position of Sales/Market Development Leader. Additionally, Shawn is a member of the Board of Directors for the Energy Efficiency Business Coalition and serves on the Supplier Advisory Board for RESNET since June 2017. As the owner of Earthwise Holdings LLC since January 2010, Shawn has also contributed to the Arizona Housing Association as a Manufacturers Council/Government Relations Member on the Board of Directors from June 2009 to August 2011. Previously, Shawn worked as an Engineering Manager at Cavco Industries, Inc. from October 2001 to August 2011. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.

The Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) was founded in 1995 as an independent, non-profit organization to help homeowners reduce the cost of their utility bills by making their homes more energy-efficient. To date, over 3 million homes have received a HERS Index Score
