Jose Darsin

Jose Darsin is an experienced executive in global operations, currently serving as Executive Director at Resolve Marine since July 2025. Previously, Jose held the position of Chief Operating Officer at I-4 Mobility Partners within John Laing from July 2020 to July 2025, overseeing the $2 billion I-4 Ultimate project in Orlando, Florida. Jose's career includes notable roles at Fluor Corporation as Director from June 2017 to July 2020, focusing on business development and strategic planning in transportation infrastructure.
