Resolve Surgical Technologies
Ryan Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan is currently working as a Senior Operations Specialist at Resolve Surgical Technologies since January 2022. Prior to that, Ryan held a similar position at RTI Surgical™ starting in September 2021. Ryan also worked at RTI Surgical™ in various roles such as Applications Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and CNC Machinist Programmer III from 2007 to 2021.
Before joining RTI Surgical™, Ryan worked as a Satellite Technician at The Earth Station Inc. from June 1997 to May 2007. Throughout their career, Ryan has developed machining strategies, created CNC part programs, designed and manufactured fixtures, and improved machining processes. Ryan has expertise in high-speed machining practices, cycle time reduction, and product quality improvement.
Ryan Johnson attended Northern Michigan University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate degree in Electronics Technology and a Certificate in CNC machining. No information is provided regarding their field of study.
Resolve Surgical Technologies
The story of Resolve Surgical Technologies begins in 1992, when we entered into the industry as Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc. Shortly thereafter, In 1993, Pioneer launched its first full system of instruments and implants for a major orthopedic OEM partner. This system, along with many other systems that Pioneer had launched, are still regarded as best in class by surgeons and partners. Throughout the years, Pioneer had established itself as a major innovator across the orthopedic community. Then, in 2013, RTI Biologics acquired Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc. to create RTI Surgical. Both companies saw great success as they worked together to expand both Tissue & Biologics and Metals platforms. In 2020, Montagu Private Equity LLP acquired RTI Surgical’s OEM business. In 2022, due to rapid growth and high industry demand of both divisions, the RTI Surgical Metals division spun off to become Resolve Surgical Technologies.
