Samantha Wolthuis has extensive work experience in various organizations. Samantha is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Operations at Resolve To Save Lives, starting in October 2021. Previously, they held multiple positions at the American Jewish World Service (AJWS), including Associate Vice President of Programs from September 2020 to October 2021, Director of Humanitarian Response & International Operations from September 2012 to September 2020, Director of Service from October 2010 to September 2012, and Associate Director of Service from January 2007 to September 2010. Prior to their time at AJWS, they worked as the Parent Involvement Coordinator at Family & Children's Services from September 2001 to June 2006.

Samantha Wolthuis obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Colby-Sawyer College between 1995 and 1999. Samantha then pursued higher education and earned a Master's degree in International Studies from Oklahoma State University between 2004 and 2006.
