Andy Buurma is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in radar cross section (RCS) engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior RCS Engineer at Resonant Sciences LLC since July 2022, Andy previously held key positions at Northrop Grumman, including Electrical Engineering Manager and Staff Electrical Engineer, from August 2005 to July 2022. Andy holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from The Ohio State University, completed from 1996 to 2001.

Resonant Sciences is a research and development firm located in Dayton, Ohio focused on developing and transitioning innovative technologies and solutions to developmental and operational platforms.
