Jin Wen has a strong background in software development with over 17 years of experience. Jin is currently serving as the Head of Software Development at Resonate Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Bluewater Control as a Team Lead and Solutions Architect for four years. Before that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Decideware for five years. Jin also has experience in the financial industry, having worked as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase and as a Senior Software Engineer at Aon Hewitt. Jin began their career as an ASP.NET Developer and Project Lead at Citibank. Jin's early experience includes working as a Java Developer and Intern at A-STAR SIMTech.

Jin Wen obtained a B.Eng degree in Computer Engineering (Hon) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they attended from 2001 to 2005.
