Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Resonate Health since March 2022, James previously held the role of Managing Director at Triton Hearing from November 2014 to February 2022. James's expertise extends to the Sonova Group as VP Asia Pacific from November 2017 to August 2020, and as Managing Director of Bay Audiology in New Zealand from October 2011 to December 2013. Additional experience includes Managing Director roles at National Hearing Care and a 13-year tenure at British Airways as Worldwide Fleet Manager. James's education includes a PgDip in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and various executive programs from prestigious institutions such as IMD, INSEAD, and Hult Ashridge.
