Patrick Shearer

Patrick Shearer, P.E., WEDG, currently serves as a Project Manager and Senior Water Resources Engineer at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC, specializing in stream restoration, stormwater retrofit solutions, and coastal resiliency planning. With extensive experience in green infrastructure and water quality improvement, Patrick led projects focused on wetland restoration, innovative stormwater management, and ecological restoration at previous positions, including a significant tenure at E Sciences, Incorporated. A graduate of Kansas State University with advanced studies at multiple prestigious institutions, Patrick is recognized for contributions to environmental engineering through numerous presentations on topics such as resilient green infrastructure and stormwater management.
