Lisa Barrett

Lisa Barrett is an experienced System Administrator currently employed at Resource Management Concepts, Inc. since October 2015, providing Tier II and Tier III support on Government contracts and utilizing a custom-designed SharePoint ticketing system. Previously, Lisa has served as a Helpdesk Technician and a Customer Technical Support Specialist, supporting various government and corporate clients with technical issues and service desk operations. With a comprehensive background in asset management and billing analysis from Hewlett-Packard and Electronic Data Systems, along with earlier roles focusing on customer support and data management, Lisa possesses a strong technical foundation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber and Network Security from ECPI University and has pursued an Associate's degree in Business Management at Germanna Community College.
