Resources for Human Development
Cory Cassell, MOT, OTR/L, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at Resources for Human Development and as Adjunct Faculty at Thomas Jefferson University since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Occupational Therapist at Fairmount Behavioral Health System and engaging in Level II fieldwork at BIG PICTURE PHILADELPHIA, where trauma-informed curriculum was developed for underserved youth. Additional Level II placements occurred at Virtua Health, focusing on occupational therapy in mental health, and a variety of Level I experiences at institutions such as Moss Rehab and Inglis, where assessment and intervention skills were honed. Cory holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Temple University and a bachelor's degree from NC State University.
