Kaelynne Koval

Kaelynne Koval is an experienced professional currently serving as a General Member Board at PA APSE since January 2025. With a long-standing role as Program Director at Resources for Human Development from May 2014, Koval leads, coaches, and empowers teams to implement innovative services that align with corporate objectives while ensuring compliance and financial stewardship. As a self-employed Subject Matter Expert in Employment and Anti-Poverty HCBS Services since February 2014, Koval has enhanced operational efficiency and quality standards across multiple states. Previous positions include Director of Marketing Communications at The Catalyst Group of Companies and Communications in CV Drug Discovery at GlaxoSmithKline. Koval also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor of Multimedia at The University of the Arts. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Interactive Technology and Communication from Goddard College and dual BA degrees in Fine and Studio Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and Sociology from The University of Akron, complemented by certificates in Grantsmanship and Social Innovation.
