Richelle Gunter is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and human services, currently serving as the Chief Clinical Quality Officer at Resources for Human Development since January 1995. In this role, Richelle leads clinical services across the agency, supervises clinical directors, establishes best practices, and supports the clinical design of new and specialized services.
