Roman J.

Roman J. currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff at Resourcify since February 2023. From December 2021 to February 2024, Roman was a Techstar Mentor, providing advisory support to SinkcoLabs and other startups. Prior to that, Roman held the roles of COO of a SPRIND Daughter Company and Research Analyst at SPRIND from January 2021 to March 2023. As the Founder of Vanvas Ltd from March 2019 to January 2022, Roman led data-driven van advertising initiatives, later pivoting the business to Hived, which focuses on sustainable last-mile deliveries and expanded to over 80 employees. Roman's earlier experience includes roles in innovation and business development at Early Metrics, innovation management at CREATORS_, and a student internship at the German-Israeli Chamber of Industry & Commerce. Roman's academic background includes a Master's degree in Organisational Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School, an exchange semester in European and French Studies at Sciences Po Lyon, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Economics from Universität Erfurt.
