Roshika de Silva

Roshika De Silva, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Finance at Resplendent Ceylon since January 2024, following a successful tenure as Director of Finance at Mövenpick Hotel Colombo from August 2018 to February 2024. Previously, Roshika held leadership positions including Director of Finance at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and Financial Controller at Jumeirah Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing owner relationships and overseeing finance operations across various hotel properties. Roshika's career began at Deutsche Bank as an Operational Clerk, progressing to Finance Manager roles at prominent establishments such as Burj Al Arab. Roshika's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Sunderland and specialized training in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.
