Prem Surendran has been working in the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment field since 2015. Prem started their career at Randstad Sourceright APAC Sourcing Centre as a Sourcing Specialist, where they were responsible for providing financial, performance, and strategic benefits to SME and global clients. In 2016, they moved to Kelly Services as a Sourcing Specialist. In 2017, they joined Oracle as a Recruiter. In 2018, they were hired as an IT Recruiter at Insistent Technologies & Consulting Sdn Bhd. In 2019, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at iprice group. In 2021, they were hired as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HCL Technologies, where they were responsible for end-to-end hiring process, vendor management, and interviewing candidates. Currently, Prem Surendran is working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at respond.io.
