Kate Fulks

Kate Fulks is an experienced professional in client services and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Response Labs since January 2025. Previously, from January 2021 to January 2025, Kate held the same title at Barrel, where expertise in building and mentoring a high-performing remote team of Account Managers was demonstrated, alongside driving client satisfaction and retention for over 30 clients. Prior to that, Kate was the Managing Director at Havas Helia from March 2011 to December 2020, leading the Baltimore office and overseeing various aspects of client management, business development, and operational culture. Kate began career at TRAVELCLICK as a Marketing Manager after serving as an Account Executive at Planit and Euro RSCG 4D. Educational accomplishments include a BS and BA in Marketing and Art History from the University of Maryland.
