Victor Calvello

Victor Calvello is a seasoned product manager with a strong background in product development and operations within the SaaS sector. Currently leading product initiatives at Resquared since July 2023, Victor has successfully driven significant improvements in activation and conversion through the launch of product-led growth strategies and platform redesigns. Prior experience includes managing end-to-end product development at FGV IBRE, resulting in an 11% increase in annual recurring revenue, and enhancing customer success operations at Arquivei, where Victor contributed to reducing churn and achieving high customer satisfaction metrics. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from USP and a Master of Science in Theoretical Physics from UFSCar, complemented by undergraduate research in optics and photonics.
