Paul Leone

Paul Leone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Engineer at PAR Data Central® since April 2017, Paul previously held various roles at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from March 2003 to December 2016, including IT Business Analyst and IT Project Manager. Paul's career began at Marriott International, where responsibilities included Restaurant Manager from May 1997 to September 2000. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University.
