Nikita Khanna

Nikita Khanna serves as the Global Head of Impact and Learning at Restless Development, leading the implementation of the organization's global strategy from 2022 to 2030 and advocating for youth-led development. As a member of the Global Leadership Group, Nikita supports strategic oversight and performance evaluation across various implementation countries. Previously, as the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager and Coordinator for Restless Development India, Nikita managed global reporting systems, developed monitoring frameworks, and provided technical support on donor reporting and evaluations in areas such as gender and climate change. With a strong academic background in Development Practice and Development Studies from Ambedkar University and Economics from Miranda House, Nikita has consistently contributed to initiatives aimed at empowering young people and promoting evidence-driven advocacy.
