Andrew Poesaste

Andrew Poesaste is an accomplished investor and partner with extensive experience in supporting early-stage startups, particularly in the AUS/NZ region. Currently serving as a Partner at Rampersand since January 2024, Andrew leads seed stage investments and collaborates with founders exhibiting exceptional potential. In addition, Andrew is the Lead Seed Investor and Board Member at Restoke.ai, while having previously held the role of Investor at Angular Ventures, where the focus was on early-stage B2B SaaS and developer-first companies. Andrew also contributed as a Seed Investor and Board Observer at paradime.io and Viably, promoting innovative solutions in DataOps and eCommerce finance, respectively. Academically, Andrew attended Queensland University of Technology, studying towards a Bachelor of Business with a Computer Science major, and completed secondary education at John Paul College.
