Stephanie Reddie

Stephanie Reddie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of the People Team at RH since September 2013, Stephanie has held various leadership roles including Director of Rewards and Leader of Internal Communications. Prior to RH, Stephanie worked as a Relationship Manager at Talener Group, a staffing firm specializing in technology recruitment. Additional experience includes an internship at UC Berkeley's Athletic Development Office and a Program Coordinator position at Stiles Hall, UC Berkeley. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology and a Minor in Education, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
