Greg Layok

Gregory Layok is the Chief Executive Officer at Resultant, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gregory served as Managing Partner at West Monroe Partners from October 2009 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading technology initiatives and fostering innovation in digital consulting. Additional experience includes Senior Director at UST and Managing Director for North America at ThoughtWorks, overseeing operations and strategic planning. Gregory has also worked as a Technology Advisor, Client Partner at Viant, and Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Academically, Gregory holds a BA in Economics, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in 2019.
