Krista Gordon

Krista Gordon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, finance, and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management at Resultant since September 2020, Krista has previously held multiple key positions within the company, including Product Manager and Integration Manager. Prior to Resultant, Krista was the Director of Operations at LHD Benefit Advisors and held various roles at FirstPerson, culminating as Senior Director of Finance and Analytics. Experience also includes positions at Hill-Rom as a Financial Analyst, and internships at Bloomington Learning Center and National Government Services. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and graduated with honors from Homestead High School.
