Lindsay Chastain

Lindsay Chastain, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and management. Currently serving as Senior People Operations Manager at Resultant since March 2024, Lindsay previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at CSCI Consulting from April 2020 to September 2023. Other notable roles include Corporate Recruiting Manager at Celadon Group Inc. and HR Manager at ProCLAD Inc. Lindsay’s career also includes significant contributions to the Indiana State Personnel Department, where leadership roles encompassed Director of Employee Engagement and Human Resources Director in the Field Operations Division, as well as a position as Recruitment Consultant. Earlier in the career trajectory, Lindsay served as Executive Team Leader at Target.
