Michael Schmierer

Michael Schmierer currently serves as the Director of the Workforce & Economic Development Practice at Resultant, overseeing public sector engagement management and business development since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Conexus Indiana, including Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, overseeing budget management, and leading strategic initiatives related to economic development. Michael's experience also encompasses legislative assistance at the Indiana House of Representatives, providing policy research and constituent services. An alumnus of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, Michael is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder.
