Dave John Castillo

Dave John Castillo, CSP, has over 18 years of experience in facilities management and real estate operations. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at The Results Companies since October 2011, Dave oversees the Facilities Division, providing critical support to the CFO and Senior Vice President, while directing work plans and projects. Prior to this role, work as Senior Facilities Team Lead at Sutherland involved ensuring facility safety and security, managing vendor relationships, and implementing cost-saving measures. Earlier experience at the Philippine Economic Zone Authority included evaluating PEZA registrations and validating asset declarations for tax incentive eligibility. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the East and a Diploma in Building and Property Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
