William Hendleman

William Hendleman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and IT management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Solution Architecture at ResultsCX since April 2020, William previously held the position of Director of Solution Architecture and IT Solutions Architect at STARTEK, where responsibilities included supporting IT teams to fulfill customer requirements. An earlier tenure at AT&T spanned 18 years, during which William progressed from Customer Service Representative to Communications Technician, focusing on the design and provisioning of T1 facilities and troubleshooting international service routing. William holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, both from Regis University.
