Ashish Shekhar

Ashish Shekhar is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Head of Information Technology (CIO) at Re Sustainability Limited since September 2024, focusing on IT strategy, digital transformation, and AI/ML initiatives. Previously, Ashish was the Group Chief Information Officer at Makson Group Of Companies, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation and enhancing IT competencies during the acquisition of Procter and Gamble's Ireland unit. Ashish also held the position of Program Delivery Manager at Procter & Gamble, overseeing the IT aspects of the acquisition of Merck Consumer Health for the Indian market. As a co-founder of Prudentcap, Ashish developed AI-enabled investment finance algorithms. Earlier in the career, Ashish worked as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, where expertise included program management, solution architecture, and leading Agile transformations while managing a large global team. Ashish holds a PGDM from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University.
