Jan Schemuth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and retail sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director, Consulting Partner, and CFO at rpc - The Retail Performance Company since 2015, Jan Schemuth has played a pivotal role in providing consulting and HR services to the BMW Group. Previously, from 2003 to 2014, Jan held various leadership positions at BMW Group, including General Manager of Retail Performance Steering and Business Line New Car Sales. With a background that includes project management, market development, and regional management across diverse markets, Jan Schemuth also has experience in management consultancy with A.T. Kearney and in the banking sector with Deutsche Bank. An alumnus of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Jan Schemuth holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration.
