Robert R. Jolly, Jr. has over 30 years of work experience. Robert R. started their career at Black & Decker in 1990 as a National Account Manager. In 1997, they joined Eason, Graham & Sandner, Inc. as Executive Vice President and served in that role until 2004. In 2005, they became the Owner and later the President & CEO of Retail Specialists, Inc. and Retail Strategies, LLC. Since 2010, they have been the CEO of Retail Strategies.

Robert R. Jolly, Jr. pursued their higher education at The University of Alabama from 1986 to 1990. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Marketing.
