We provide access for issuers to the pool of retail capital in the UK which is estimated to be over £1 trillion and to enable retail investors to participate in primary capital markets transactions on the same terms as institutional investors. RetailBook was authorised by the FCA in April 2024 and commenced independent operations in Sept 2024.
