Yousif Ibrahim al-Hamoudi

Yousif Ibrahim Al-Hamoudi, CM, ILMC, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Retal since May 2021, where operational strategy and IPO readiness are key focuses. Previously, Yousif held the position of General Manager at BCC, achieving a fivefold profit increase through optimized operations. Yousif's prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Manager at Retal Urban Development, HOP Project Manager at SATORP, Manager of Development and Projects Department at Dhahran Emaar, and Senior Business Developer at Al Oula Real Estate Development Company. Yousif holds a Master's degree in Building Science and Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Dammam University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering from King Faisal University.
