Roman Isanin

Roman Isanin started their career as an IT Engineer intern at Trade School #1 in 2008 and then worked as an Information Security Specialist at ICL Ltd in 2010. Roman later transitioned to Telplus Internet Provider as a QA Engineer from 2011 to 2012. Roman then joined Gazprom Hospital as an IT Engineer and later became the Head of IT Department, where they managed various software implementations until 2018. Following this, they worked at Atakama as a Software QA Test Engineer, focusing on test plan development, automation, and website support. Currently, Roman is serving as the Director of Engineering at Rethink First, where they oversee engineering initiatives and leads the team.

Roman Isanin completed their Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Astrakhan State Technical University (ASTU) in 2011. Roman also pursued specialized courses in QA Engineering from GeekBrains, Mail.ru Group in 2018. More recently, in 2019-2020, they studied Java, C# Programming, Data Structure, SQL, and Software Quality Assurance: Automated Testing at Cooper Union Albert Nerken School of Engineering. Additionally, they undertook further studies in the Institute of continuing professional education at ASTU between 2008-2011.
