Elizabeth Perry AM serves as a board member for MIGA - Medical Insurance Group Australia and ReturnToWorkSA, and holds the position of Chairman of the Board for RadiologySA. Active in governance, Elizabeth has been a council member and deputy chancellor at Flinders University since 2013, contributing to multiple committees and initiatives, including a significant autonomous vehicle partnership. Previous leadership roles include Director and Past President at RAA, where achievements included recognition for outstanding service in general insurance and implementation of advanced claims processing technology. Elizabeth also has extensive legal experience, having served as a partner at EMA Legal and held a prominent role in the Industrial Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia. Elizabeth received a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Adelaide.

At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. ReturnToWorkSA has replaced WorkCoverSA and we are responsible for implementing and managing the Return to Work scheme. We are a statutory authority set up under the Return to Work Corporation of South Australia Act 1994 to administer the Return to Work Act 2014.
