Matt Lucas is a highly experienced professional in organisational talent management and psychology, currently serving as a Specialist in Organisational Talent Management and an Organisational Development Business Partner at ReturnToWorkSA since April 2012. In addition, Matt Lucas is a Tackle Your Feelings Psychologist for a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing mental health resilience within the Aussie Rules community football clubs, a role held since March 2021. Previously, Matt Lucas was involved with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in various roles including Organisational Development Consultant and HR Business Partner from February 2009 to April 2012, and spent time at Hudson as a Consultant from October 2006 to September 2008. At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. ReturnToWorkSA has replaced WorkCoverSA and we are responsible for implementing and managing the Return to Work scheme. We are a statutory authority set up under the Return to Work Corporation of South Australia Act 1994 to administer the Return to Work Act 2014.
